Mold dimensions
Batch worksheet
A + BEnter mold dimensions
Add your measurements and product volume ratio, then calculate.
Method and limits
Rectangle: length × width × depth. Round mold: π × radius² × depth. Ring: subtract the inner cylinder. Multiply by the mold count, then add the chosen waste percentage.
Component A = total volume × A ÷ (A + B). Component B receives the rest. Irregular molds and embedded objects need a measured capacity; weight and density are not calculated.
1 US fluid ounce = 29.5735295625 mL.

How to use
Choose the project shape and units. Enter internal dimensions, waste allowance and the manufacturer’s volume mixing ratio.
What to check
Volume estimates are not mixing instructions. Weight ratios require material densities and are not interchangeable with volume ratios.
